The Juniors visited Ballito Airfield this week as part of their learning on transport and in their words “had a blast!”.
They were excited to share their knowledge and many questions/wonderings with Anthony. We had a tour of the hanger, the microlights, planes and even the office filled with maps, log books and model planes. They then sketched some of the air transport.
The children were surprised, delighted and in awe when the weather brightened up and Anthony started the engine of his plane and off he took. He even completed a number of fly-bys for the children.
