Our Foundation Phase created their own mazes and wrote a sequence of instructions – using arrows or letters (R, L, FW, BW) – to program a robot to a specific destination.

Information and Communication Technology
As part of the ICT curriculum students are encouraged to build a structure – a bridge (min span of 20cm, max span of 30cm), for example – using recycled materials, using shapes to ensure that their structure is as rigid as possible.
Ecological Sense
Following a presentation by a visiting Ecologist, the Foundation Phase waited in silence before sharing what they were sensing about our new school land.
