At Soul Action we believe that a secure, caring, and stimulating environment – where children feel safe and are free to explore – results in the most effective climate for learning and teaching.
As part of this commitment we desire to work in partnership with all stakeholders. We view education is a shared responsibility between parents-carers, teachers and students. We encourage parents-carers to take an active part in the life of the school. We believe this is essential to establishing trusting relationships which allow us to work together in partnership, enabling all children to achieve their potential. If a parent-carers behaviour is unacceptable and has the potential to impact on the good order and safety at the school certain measures will be taken. This policy outlines unacceptable behaviours and what sanctions are available to deal with these behaviours.
